The market for brake cooling products has historically been lacking, especially compared to other product categories. We have undertaken extensive 3D scanning, simulation, and design based on OEM sizes and potential aftermarket disc sizes to ensure we develop the best product possible.

Effective Large Area Air Intake
Through 3D simulations, cold air is efficiently directed into the brake disc ducts, substantially lowering brake temperatures. This not only maintains brake performance but also extends the lifespan of related components.

Streamlined Design & Foreign Object Protection
Airflow is perfectly guided, with no sharp edges or corners on the ducting. The duct interfaces feature a fan-shaped design that stabilizes airflow direction and prevents foreign object intrusion, minimizing resistance.

Anti-Slip Duct Interfaces
Unlike welded round pipes, our duct interfaces are designed with a circular ribbed flange that prevents soft hoses from slipping off.

User-Friendly Design
The product orientation is clearly indicated with raised text on both sides. Along with customer installation diagrams, there's no need for guesswork regarding part installation locations.

High-Tensile Engineering Plastics

Industrial-Grade Manufacturing Process
This process achieves a closed-cell structure, ensuring even load distribution when the clamps are tightened, and eliminates visible layering common in standard FDM processes, resulting in a refined matte finish.
